been issued by OFTA to PSINet, officiating its provision

PSINet, achieves timely delivery of wireless broadband

customers, with product description and tariffs submitted

PSINet has met its commitment to launch its first LMDS
services by 6 Mar. 2001, by establishing 15 hubs serving
at least 30 buildings. "We are on track in rolling
out the committed services by now. We have already exceeded
the commitments to OFTA covering major buildings in
commercial areas. At the same time, we are intensively

the coming needs of the territory." said William

"In line with our commitment to deliver the highest
performance Internet services to businesses around the
world, with the LMDS infrastructure, PSINet has more
choices on the last mile circuit connectivity to deliver
its services to the customers. It further enhances PSINet's
control on the cost structure in providing Internet
solutions to the customers," Kwan added.
Leveraging on PSINet's strength in Internet technologies
and global network infrastructure, the adoption of wireless
technologies enables it to bring more competitive-priced
broadband Internet services and greater international
